I know some of you already saw this on FB but I still wanted to get it posted here...
After 3 years of growing her hair... Miss Lily had 12" of hair cut last month.....
When we moved to our house 3 years ago Lily decided she wanted to grow her hair and donate it. (after learning that a 2nd cousin did the same thing)
So that is what she did.....
Then......last month she decided it was time and so we made the appointment.
She was so excited but when it came time to sit in the chair she got really nervous. Janessa (hair stylist) told her it was a wonderful thing she was doing... Lily followed with CUT IT.....
and so she did.
Lily took one look in the mirror and said I LOVE IT.

She had a big braid that day and therefore had some waves going on....
The picture doesn't quite show the little stack she has in the back...
So proud of this little Lily Bug!

Yeah for Lily! Imagine her beautiful hair as part of a cute wig for a child. I've had cancer, so know how important it is!
