More of the 4th

Our 4th of July weekend included Grandma Glenda, Papaw Russ,
a parade (in very small town not too far from us) , lots of food,
fireworks, and fun.

A weekend favorite......delicious black raspberries hand-picked by Jeff and then Jeff with the littles. OH THEY ARE YUMMY!!!!!
These are plentiful along a nearby trail but no easy task to pick. Apparently all the critters love these as well.
Did I mention they are so delicious.... especially with this Toblerone chocolate mousse.

Grandma Glenda and Lilybug

Ty baby using dad's camera to take my picture taking his picture......

Lily and Ty loved this.....(notice the Mickey Mouse... Minnie is on the other side)

We don't know this Grandpa but I thought his sign on the car was cute....

A parade full of tractors.........

Ok this Red Hat Lady is too cute on her red tractor that happens to be pulling 2 other red tractors

Your pictures are so clear and pretty! The blackberries were delicious and the dessert was scrumptious. I can still see Lily covering her ears because of the loud horns, sirens and motorcycles revving up; and, Ty collecting mass quantities of candy! He was a busy little guy. Love your pictures and the happiness remembered. Love, Mom

Could those 2 be dressed any cuter? Love it! The parade looks great - small town parades are so cute. How'd they score on candy?

Great pictures with fun (and funny) commentary. Oh my that's a lot of tractors for one parade!! Love Lily's cute top; everyone's all decked out in their Patriotic colors, even the lady with the red hat!

Tiffany, I loved these pictures. As someone who lives in a small-town suburb and in area that still is a farming community, I could so appreciate the celebration. Loved the pics of the farm tractors too...and the red-hat lady leading the way! Great shots of Grandma Glenda and Lily too; beautiful, both ladies. And Ty is so cute behind and in front of the camera. They are getting so big! You'll have to detail the recipe for the Toblerone (I love) chocolate mousse' w/ the delicious blackberries! We used to be able to pick our own along the back fenceline, but then the school came in and cleared all the brambles away... Hugs to the kids.
